Lumen8 Rooftop Social

Went here yesterday for the first time and absolutely loved it. The food is good, not great, but enjoyable. We loved the hummus starter. I had the fried chicken sandwich with truffle fries and really enjoyed it. The shrimp and rice could use a bit more salt, but the flavors are there. The food is rather expensive, but I considered that we are paying for the view and atmosphere, so it was well worth it. Our mocktails were 10/10 delicious! They were the Colorado Sunset mocktails and they even looked beautiful. We were able to watch the sun go behind the mountain and it was wonderful! Parking in the garage was a bit difficult due to a large private party leaving, but on a regular basis it would be fairly easy to find parking on the street or in the garage. Service was great, no complaints there. Would definitely go back to try more of the food!

Our first experience back when they first opened was less than good. I decided to meet a client for a quick drink and appetizer and it was great. Kate took care of us and she is awesome! Loved the experience and we will be back again

My waiter Hunter was very pleasurable and made my experience really special, he took time to explain the menu and even gave me his recommendation on what to try. The fire was a very nice touch and really made the experience a 10/10.

My family recently went out for dinner to Lumin8 late in the evening in Mother's Day. I called about an hour ahead of time asking if they would be able to accommodate a family of 5 at 8 pm and they said absolutely. The hostess greeted us and took us to our table right away. Our children aged 3, 7, and 9 absolutely loved their food, they got the fried green beans, Caesar salad, macaroni and cheese and chickens wings and share them all. I got the scallops and my husband got the chicken sandwich. All of our food was delicious. My kids absolutely loved seeing the lights changing and the view of the city. The absolute cherry on top was our server Kasen. He was so sweet and talkative with our kids and made us feel so welcome. He recommended the chefs kiss drink for me and I loved it! We will absolutely return for another special occasion and hopefully save room for dessert next time. Thank you for a perfect mother's day dinner late at night with my babies Kasen and Lumin8.

So this is a too tier fancy spot with a view that is worth the drink prices!!! Customer service was ON POINT!! We were a large group of 14 and they made easy work of getting us in. While it was fancy they were also relaxed enough that our jeans and hoodies weren't looked at twice. The drinks were good espresso martini well made and powerful. Lavender martini is very sweet and for some they needed up with a second round. A version of a Moscow mule that the green chili mule that eas decent but a little small. With options of Guinness that a lot of the guys enjoyed. The food is pricey but it is nest options and a short menu to make these options capable. The boar and pasta was very good and the boar was well cooked. One of our guys said the secret sauce on his sandwich was the best he had in a long time. The steak was cooked perfectly well seasoned and a good size!! The gorgonzola cream on it was a standout! But the beef dish of the night. Their fried green beans. Perfect they were PERFECT!!! we devoured those fries in minutes. The aioli was amazing!!! Overall the atmosphere, customer service and food made this place good but combined with the view it TRULY stands out.

Really wonderful food and views! Crystal was an amazing server, extremely attentive and kind! The food was all delicious and perfectly cooked and the drinks were wonderful as well! Highly recommend

Lumen8 Rooftop Social is located at the shared rooftop for Element Hotel and Springhill Suites. The space looks amazing at night and the views are just beautiful. The photos and videos don’t do justice. The ambiance is definitely right up my alley. Walking in, the wait staff and servers were very friendly and welcoming. The cocktail bar was brightly lit and the dining space looked beautiful. My friend and I decided to check this out on the last night we were in Colorado Springs. The kitchen was already closed but we were able to order some drinks, and stayed a little past closing time to capture photos of the rooftop space. I can only imagine how gorgeous the mountains looked during the day. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to enjoy the crisp night air and beautiful ambiance, surrounded by tabletop fire pits, and great music, and strong drinks!

Need a place for a romantic dinner, special occasion or best of all friends meeting friends! This is the place! The atmosphere is so peaceful, relaxing. Staff are not running around but glide over to serve you with the friendliest dispositions. The glass all the way around creates such an openess. Not a boxed feeling at all. The food is outstanding. Their special cocktails are amazing. I certainly will be back. Thank you for giving me.an experience that was sophi, yet relaxed.
